I started working for Intouch Monitoring in July 2018 as an apprentice. I now work as part of the support team, resolving issues for customers and supporting development. I love how varied the role is, one day I could be working on databases and then the next I’m working on factory mimics. It’s very refreshing to be working in such an active environment that pushes both logical and creative thinking to solve problems.  

In my spare time I like to mix/DJ drum and bass music; a hobby which I picked up from my father. DJing has been his passion since he was young so it was only natural that he would introduce me to it and it now takes up most of my free time. 

In fact, I enjoy it so much that I now also create music.  Since the pandemic has made live gigs impossible this year, it has given me the time to concentrate on creating my own music as well as learning lots about the history and culture of my creative scene.
