Senior Support Engineer

I began working at Intouch in October 2014 and was originally recruited as an apprentice. In-time, after training and honing my skills, I have become a full member of the team as a Senior Support Engineer. Prior to Intouch, I attended Tresham College and obtained a Level 3 BTEC Diploma in IT Practitioners (IT & Business), as well as a number of other qualifications. I enjoy the many tasks required of the role which includes; working with customers to support them with their system and help them to get the most out of it, supporting my own colleagues where needed with my years of knowledge and experience with the Intouch system, testing new features/bug fixes and working closely with the development team. I also really enjoy how I’m always learning and still picking up new skills.  

When I am not working to support our customers, I am very interested in computers, video games, TV series and movies, music and cars (mainly classic). I hope to one day own a classic project car myself.
