I joined the Intouch Monitoring team back in 2006 after many years in the injection moulding industry myself, working mainly as a production planner.  

Initially I worked part time in accounts whilst also looking after my young family, but throughout the years my roles within Intouch have varied; from managing an office move and remodel to recruiting new staff. I’ve been involved in many aspects of the business which has given me a real understanding of our system and its unique benefits.  

I’m currently a full-time project coordinator which includes the implementation of the new Intouch i4 Cloud.  

An aspect of my job which I thoroughly enjoy is the customer service aspect – I find communicating with our customers a pleasure and that personal interaction really helps me understand what they need and want from us.   

I have just completed my own self-build alongside work, which has taken 2 years of hard work and dedication. I have two teenage daughters and a husband who share my love for travelling around in our campervan, experiencing many different, beautiful locations.
