I began my career at Intouch Monitoring in 2018 as a Support Engineer, where I solve customer issues and also improve their systems by introducing them to Intouch Monitoring’s ever evolving features. I previously studied Business and Information Technology at the University of Salford where I gained a 2:1. I thoroughly enjoy the variance of work and the fast-paced workdays; no day here is the same with many different customer wishes arising daily.
I love my cars; I have a Volvo V70 T5 with 340BHP which has been round on an open track around Spa Franconchamps in Belgium. I have a real passion for writing and performing music, my latest band is called Until Then. We have been playing alternative rock music, with the influences of Fightstar, Reuben and Black Peaks, for around 2 years. I have a large collection of 13 guitars which includes a Clear Acrylic Fender Telecaster MIM, a Gibson Firebird Studio and a Fender Stratocaster C Serial Japan from 1984.
