Support Manager

I began my role here at Intouch, as the Support Manager, in June 2020, I really enjoy working as part of a busy team, focussing on finding solutions to customers’ issues and requests. I graduated in 1997 with a degree in Business Studies. Since then I have worked across various industries for a number of national and multi-national companies, developing and supporting in-house SAP systems and training end users. This has given me valuable experience within both project and support environments, which has prepared me well for joining the team at Intouch.  

When I’m not working, you will find me spending time with family and friends, or playing Lego or superheroes with my son. I also love travelling although I have less time for that now I have a young family.
