I began my exciting journey at Intouch in late 2019 as a Project Coordinator. I played an important role in the launch of the Intouch i4 cloud, our lightweight ‘plug in and play’ MES system. Since then, i’ve dipped my fingers in many aspects of the business, from providing support to our existing customers to coordinating and implementing systems to new customers internationally. I’ve also worked closely with the development team to advise, test and deploy new features to our ever-expanding application.
Since the summer of 2020, I have become heavily involved in the marketing of our software, I have assisted the launch of our latest campaign, a 60-day free trial of the Intouch application (which you’ve hopefully heard about by now if I’m doing my job correctly) I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my employment with Intouch since day one and I’m lucky to work with such a great and diverse team.
Outside of work, I like to think of myself as a bit of a handyman. I’m often labelled as the ‘jack of all trades but master of none’ as I sometimes believe that I can do absolutely anything (I really can’t, trust me!).
During the start of the pandemic whilst everyone was working from home, I spent my evenings refurbishing our office space. Since then, I’ve purchased my first house, an 1800s stone cottage in Moulton and I’m currently renovating it back to 21st century.
