We understand that our customers have different needs and resources, so our system is available as an on premise fully customisable Intouch i4 Custom system or as a subscription-based cloud solution (SaaS) – Intouch i4 Cloud.

The intouch i4 Custom is for manufacturers who want their system hosted on site. It is a traditional up-front purchase of a perpetual software licence.

A high degree of customisation is possible and all data stays on the customers network. Annual  maintenance is available for updates and support. Typical ROI is under 12 months.

The intouch i4 Cloud is for manufacturers who want a quick to implement and easily scalable solution with immediate ROI.

Low start up costs and low monthly subscription make this an attractive option. Software updates and support are included and there are no on site servers to supply or maintain.


The revolutionary Cloud technology is responsible for the huge leaps in advances we are experiencing today. The Intouch i4 Cloud allows our customers to capitalise on the best technology available quickly and inexpensively.

The Intouch subscription-based Cloud system is easy to get up and running and provides the most common functionality of our conventional system but can be accessible immediately via the internet and easily scalable according to requirements. Support, updates and backups are managed by Intouch, leaving you to concentrate on your core manufacturing business.

 

3 easy steps to be up and running


The on-premise Intouch i4 Custom is our fully customisable solution. Installed locally into your plant’s own servers, the Intouch i4 Custom has an initial licensing fee which includes on-site analysis, specification, customisation, installation, training and support. Updates and maintenance fees apply.

Project will be started with an on-site specification. Following a detailed analysis and discussion of the operation at your site, the Intouch system will be configured to your particular requirements. Elements of Intouch that can be tailored to your specification include:

  • Operator interface design
  • Report production
  • Mimic diagrams, details pages and summary pages
  • Shift patterns
  • Integration with ERP/MRP systems
  • Scrap and stop codes
  • Access control (security)

Following acceptance of our detailed proposal, we start work on the pre-installation and configuration of the system to your exact requirements. The installation itself combines remote and on-site work with relevant hardware and software integration. Once completed and fully tested, we start the training process. Our on-going support then continues for as long as needed.

Subsequent to installation, on-site training and support will be conducted.

This will include some formal training aimed at key members of staff who will become responsible for the day-to-day administration of the intouch system. These staff members can then carry out training for shop floor staff and any other users of intouch.

The formal training will be followed by a period of informal coaching to help ensure the system can go live as quickly as possible.
