Andy Mangena

I am an experienced manufacturing professional, and I’ve been part of the team since August 2021. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of production roles, including production capacity planning, process engineering, logistics, project management, IT business analysis, and manufacturing engineering.

Having been an Intouch customer in the past, I bring a unique perspective to the table. I can articulate solutions to our customers, being empathetic to their situation and giving sound advice on how to tackle problems. My personal experience implementing Intouch, combined with my manufacturing background, positions me well to assist new and existing Intouch customers. As an Operations Manager, I oversee sales, operations, customer onboarding and retention strategies to ensure a seamless experience for every Intouch Customer. My role involves streamlining processes, optimising workflows, and collaborating with teams to deliver exceptional service from day one. I’m dedicated to building strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and consistently exceeding expectations. By focusing on continuous improvement, I drive operational efficiency while contributing to business growth and customer loyalty.

Outside of work, I love to stay active. I’m a proud father of twin boys, so time management is something I’m passionate about! In my free time, I enjoy watching documentaries, listening to self-development content, and engaging in various sports. I also prioritise staying fit by going to the gym regularly and a cheeky kickabout on Sundays (Playing soccer for my American friends)
