Kieran Williamson
Senior Support Engineer
About me
I began working at Intouch in October 2014 and was originally recruited as an apprentice. In-time, after training and honing my skills, I became a full member of the team, and am now a Senior Support Engineer. Prior to working at Intouch, I attended Tresham College and obtained a Level 3 BTEC National Diploma in IT Practitioners (IT & Business), as well as a number of other IT-based qualifications. I enjoy the many tasks required of the role which includes; working with customers to support them with their system and help them to get the most out of it, supporting colleagues where needed with my now years of knowledge and experience with the Intouch system and SQL database environment, testing new features/bug fixes and working closely with the development team to get involved where I can. I also enjoy how I’m always learning and picking up new skills to this day, there’s always something new.
When I’m not dedicated to supporting our customers, I am interested in the world of computers, often becoming the go-to IT expert for family and friends. I also enjoy staying active at the gym, indulging in video games, and catching up on the latest TV series and movies. Music is a constant companion, and I have a keen interest in cars. One day, I aspire to own and restore a classic American project car/truck.
