New Features and Functionality
- New functionality to display the Material Quantity column on the Gantt reports in a different unit of measure to the part weight
- New mimic fields for:
- Shift and Job Total Parts Made (Count of Good + Scrap Parts)
- Shift and Job Downtime by Specific Stop Code
- Shift and Job Scrap by Specific Scrap Code
Upgrades
- Enhancements to the MESi export screen, to add a “Group By” selection, so the data can be grouped in different ways (e.g. by tool code, part code or material).
- Enhancement to automatic scrap count signal, to reduce good parts count
- Change to exclude planned stop reasons from OEE % on MESi reports
- Improvements on the Planner screen:
- New label which appears when you hover over a shift, which displays the shift name and start and end times
- Speed improvements when changing individual shifts from worked to not worked or vice-versa
- Usability improvements when selecting and changing multiple shifts
Various fixes & minor updates, including
- Fix to the timeline displayed on the Schedule screen for US date format
- Fix to the Split Stops function on the Shift Profile, so that all available stop codesappear for selection
- Fix to the “number of stops” mimic field to correct the value appearing
