New Intouch Scheduling Update | Rewind your schedule to see job history

A major addition to the module is the ability to view completed jobs directly on the Gantt chart. Users can now see exactly when a job started and finished—down to the minute—providing valuable insight into production history. This feature makes it easier to track performance, spot delays and plan future work more accurately. Additional functionality will be introduced soon to build on this capability.

Clicking on a job now brings up a quick-view popup containing key details such as start and end times, job number, and other useful information. This allows users to access essential data without clicking through multiple menus, helping to speed up everyday planning and checks. This menu can be disabled within the preferences.

We’ve added a clear indicator on the schedule table showing whether a job is currently running or scheduled. It also highlights when the job is due to begin. This gives planners a much better sense of what’s coming up next and helps prevent missed starts or overlap.

To make navigation even easier, we’ve introduced a condensed toolbar at the top of the scheduling module. It includes quick access to the most frequently used features, so users no longer need to search through menus. Whether it’s jumping to today’s schedule, filtering views, or exporting data—everything you need is right there, all the time.

We’ve given the scheduling module a visual refresh, bringing it in line with modern UI standards. The cleaner, more streamlined layout is not only easier on the eyes but also improves usability. Subtle design changes enhance clarity, reduce clutter, and make it quicker for users to interpret schedules at a glance. It’s the same powerful tool, just sharper and more user-friendly.

To help speed up day-to-day use, we’ve added keyboard shortcuts to the scheduling module. You can now press Enter to save changes and Esc to cancel actions or close windows—making navigation quicker and more efficient for busy production planners. These small improvements can make a big difference when managing complex schedules.
