New Features and Functionality

  • A Beta version of the alerter feature is now released within the browser client. This is a chargeable addition to your subscription, which enables alerts for:
  • Machines down and in alarm
  • Machines down in an unplanned stop code
  • Machines down in a stop code group
  • Machines over-producing
  • Machines running in setup mode
  • Machines running with no job started
  • Machines down but using energy

  • New functionality to restrict user access within Intouch by machine
  • New functionality for timed stop codes and setup overrun

Upgrades

  • Enhancement to the Cavitation Change event on the Event Viewer, to also display the value the cavitation has been changed to
  • Enhancement to the MESi Export report, to include two additional data grouping options, and the ability to remove columns from the report and data export itself
  • Enhancement to the Job Import function, so that you can sort imported jobs by Job ID
  • New option for scrap entry, to prevent decimal numbers being entered
  • Change to composite jobs, so that you can enter a standard cycle time with a decimal number

Various fixes & minor updates, including

  • Fix to “to date”downtime graph to display only the current shift data
  • Fix to the split stops function on the shift profile, so that the stop codes selected are displayed immediately
  • Fix to the “pallets made”field calculation
  • Fix to the Gantt Tool Change report, to prevent the export from converting values with commas into numbers
  • Fix to MESi reporting for composite jobs, to display the details of each composite part correctly
