New Modules

  • Beta versions of QA and Label Printing on Demand modules are now available within the browser client. These are initially being tested by a number of customers. Look out for further release notes which will notify you when they are on general release.
  • Once released, these are chargeable additions which can be included within your subscription plan. Please contact i4support@intouchmonitoring.com for further information.

New Features and Functionality

  • Ability to combine end job / start next scheduled job into one button
  • Ability to log multiple operators onto a machine
  • Ability to choose “single file” option for production data export
  • Addition of the Split Period functionality to the shift profile on the details page
  • The Split Period menu on the Shift Profile is now also available on a tablet
  • Ability to display obsolete (invalid) machines in MESi reporting
  • New “Target Parts” field available in MESi reporting

New mimic fields for:

  • Average cycle time (Cycle Time – Rolling Average)
  • Average parts/hour (Parts per hour – Rolling Average)
  • Job Time Remaining (Seconds)
  • Job Percentage Complete
  • Current Shift Code, Current Shift Label, Current Shift Number & Current Shift Duration
  • Number of machines running, Number of machines stopped & Number of machines stopped with planned code/ unplanned code
  • Job memo 1 field

Upgrades

  • Improvements to the display of the Shift Profile on a mobile phone
  • New functionality to export the Shift Profile for one or all machines
  • Comments can now be added to historic periods on the Shift Profile
  • Improvements to the speed of loading and exporting data from the Event Viewer
  • New loading icon added to the Generate and Export buttons on the Event Viewer
  • Headers of Work To List and Material Requirements Gantt reports now display the Machine Name and Description

Various fixes & minor updates, including

Schedule:

  • Empty rows now removed from job/part import files
  • Start Time of running job now displays the job start time rather than the current time
  • Recovered Ended Jobs function now accepts special characters in job data
  • “Load from Template” window for composite jobs now hides duplicate parts
  • Amendments to common fields on composite jobs now copied over to all composite works orders

Shift Profile:

  • Job and Part Code text now aligns in the pop-up window
  • Fix to issue which suppresses the right-click menu on systems with a large number of machines

Event Viewer:

  • The Job field is now populated on all events in the Event Viewer
  • Fix to issue which was causing data exports to fail
  • Speed improvements on exports to Word with more than 5,000 lines

Gantt Reports:

  • The default start time on selection criteria is now the current time
  • Labour forecast report no longer shows the labour for non-worked periods for a machine
  • Available time on Capacity Report now takes not-worked shifts into account
  • Works order report can now be opened from Material Requirements report

Other Fixes:

  • Fix to scrolling issue on phone default mimic (Affecting mobile phones)
  • Windows Client Fix to “unhandled exception – Object reference not set to an instance of an object” error on the Windows Client
