What's New?

New features within the browser client

  • New suite of Gantt reports including a Work To List, Material Requirements and Summary, Labour Forecasting, Machine Capacity and Tool Change reporting. (Schedule and Analyse plans). Click here for a training video on this feature

New functionality within the schedule (Schedule and Analyse plans)

  • Ability to copy and paste single jobs on the schedule
  • Ability to cut, copy, paste and delete multiple jobs on the schedule
  • New part import report detailing the successful/warning/errored lines, giving the ability to diagnose errors (Schedule and Analyse plans)
  • New preview window for machine data exported from the schedule
  • New mimic fields available for cases / pallets
  • Ability to configure a scrap code to not reduce the number of good parts
  • New standard roles for Administrator, Operator, Planner and Supervisor with associated permissions

New features within the Windows client

  • New Tool report available in MESi reporting

Upgrades

  • Visual improvements for display on 4K screens

General upgrades within the shift profile

  • Buttons to navigate to the previous shift and next shift
  • Improvements to the Shift Profile display for multiple shift patterns
  • Improvements to the screen loading time
  • Implementation of a maximum zoom limit to improve performance

Improvements within the Schedule

  • The mouse wheel now scrolls up and down on the Gantt chart
  • Ctrl + mouse wheel now zooms in and out
  • Shift + mouse wheel now scrolls left and right
  • Preferences and import icons are visible without selecting a machine
  • Running jobs are highlighted in green within the table area
  • Hovering over a job field in the table area now displays entire field contents.
  • Search functionality improvements, Search will now look for partial matches and results will be presented in the table area, with visibility of the search criteria in the table header.
  • Tab can be used to move between fields on the job creation/edit form
  • Mandatory fields are highlighted on the job creation form and table area

Bug fixes

  • Recover ended job function now recovers all fields
  • Imported composite tools now create jobs for all parts
  • Preferences for current cavitation and current cycle time now used to calculate job time remaining for running jobs only
  • Fix to ensure correct date formatting when exporting machine data from the schedule
  • Fix to occasional issue on Shift Profile causing retrospective stop code changes to change an incorrect time period
  • Fix to prevent the schedule from moving along the timeline independently
  • Fix to issue causing discrepancy on OEE dials between the browser and Windows client
