New Features and Functionality

  • New user preference for setting the machine height in the Gantt chart
  • Ability to display numbers in Gantt Reports to more than 2 decimal places
  • Ability to exclude individual scrap codes from OEE calculations
  • New API call to get various fields for a machine for a period

Upgrades

  • Upgrades to the MESi Export report:
    • The report now excludes inactive Stop and Scrap codes
    • The new “No of Stoppages” field has been moved to the end of the MESi export

Various fixes & minor updates, including

  • Sort function added to all columns on all MESi reports
  • Capacity Gantt Report now excludes shifts set to not-worked in the Planner screen
  • Fix to the Capacity Gantt Report for issue causing zero values to appear
  • The stop codes on the split stop code screen are now in alphabetical order
  • Change to the Material Requirements Gantt Report, so that the Material Quantity cannot exceed what is required for the order balance
  • Further fixes to screen refresh which wasn’t occurring if the browser was sleeping over a shift change
  • Fix for blank patches on the shift profile which occurred if the machine was running on the limit of the stopped cycle
