About me

I began working at Intouch in October 2023. Since then, I have enjoyed working alongside a small but extremely hard working team. As Customer Success, I work closely with my colleagues to deliver great customer service by answering queries and solving problems. My day to day duties include supporting clients with enquiries/issues and configuring hardware.

I love the problem solving and challenging aspects of this job which push me out of my comfort zone. Everyday, I look forward to developing my customer service and IT skills as well as learning new things. Prior to working at Intouch, I earned A Levels in Psychology, English Language and IT. Alongside studying, I have worked in customer experience for over three and a half years.

Outside of work, I spend nearly all my time at the gym, or cooking high protein meals for the gym gains! I also try to stay active by going to gymnastics or paddle boarding with friends and family. Additionally, I enjoy shopping and playing video games on my PC.
