Jay Giles

I started with Intouch January 2025, focusing on driving our cloud offering forward and enabling rich feature development for our customers.

Previously I’ve had a number of roles across various organisations and industries, which has given a lot of experience and some great opportunities to learn. Some of the organisations I’ve worked or consulted for: Nationwide Building Society, England Golf, Benetton, Greene King, Next, RSPB…

At one point I did take a break from technology for a few years to do property renovations and maintenance, which provided a whole new set of challenges and learning experiences, but my passion was always technology.

I also like to spend time with my dogs; long walks, agility, man trailing and canicross, always like to try something new and different adventures.
