Lucy Hardwick

I have been part of the Intouch Team now for almost 20 years.  Before working at Intouch I worked as a production planner for an Injection Moulder, this gave me a good understanding of life in manufacturing and the benefits of MES.

My job roles at Intouch have varied greatly over the years to accommodate life’s many chapters.  Initially working part time when my two children were young and now very much full time.

Working at Intouch is fun, varied and challenging.  I really enjoy the different aspects of supporting customers with their Intouch implementation and best practice.  Listening to the customers wishes allowing us to grow the software in very much a customer led way.

Outside of work I enjoy living my best life with friends and family.
