About me

I began my role here at Intouch in June 2020, and I primarily focus on finding solutions to customers’ issues and requests.

Prior to working for Intouch I worked across various industries for a number of national and multi-national companies, developing and supporting in-house SAP systems and training end users. This gave me valuable experience within both project and support environments, which prepared me well for joining the team here.

I really enjoy working as part of a busy team, and I love the variety that my role offers. No two days are the same which keeps me on my toes!

When I’m not working, you will find me spending time with family and friends, helping to run a local Beaver Scouts group and trying to keep active.
